THE ROLE
The Kitchen Team Lead supports day-to-day kitchen operations and ensures service standards
are maintained.
This role works closely with ownership and the kitchen team to oversee prep, service execution,
cleanliness, and team performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lead kitchen operations during prep and service
● Support cooks and prep staff during daily shifts
● Ensure food quality and consistency
● Build prep lists and organize station readiness
● Monitor food waste and support food cost control
● Assist with ordering and inventory management
● Train and onboard kitchen staff
● Ensure Food Safe standards are followed
● Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
● Coordinate with front-of-house leadership during service
REQUIREMENTS
● 2+ years experience in kitchen leadership or supervisory roles
● Strong understanding of kitchen systems and service flow
● Food Safe certification
● Ability to lead under pressure
● Strong communication and organizational skills
PACKAGE
● $55,000 annual salary
● Potential gratuity share
