As we prepare to open, we are building an opening team that will help establish the systems,
culture, and guest experience of the restaurant from day one.

THE ROLE

Servers are responsible for delivering attentive and efficient service while maintaining a strong
understanding of the menu, restaurant standards, and guest expectations.
This role requires organization, communication, and the ability to work effectively during busy
service periods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Greet and serve guests in a professional and timely manner
● Guide guests through menu selections and answer questions

● Maintain knowledge of food, beverages, and daily features
● Manage sections efficiently during service
● Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams
● Process orders and payments accurately
● Prepare tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service
● Support team members during busy periods
● Follow service standards and operational procedures

REQUIREMENTS

● 1–3 years serving experience preferred
● French is a big plus
● Serving It Right certification
● Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
● Strong communication skills
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
● Wine knowledge is considered an asset

PACKAGE

● $18.25/hour base wage
● Tips estimation: high, due to the restaurant’s fast pace and high volume.
